For Lyxo, this means designing products that are built to last, through careful selection of materials, meticulous design, and attention to manufacturing processes. This approach combines research, functionality, and construction quality, enhancing product durability and the possibility of reusing materials in production processes.
Plastic materials
At Lyxo, we use select plastic materials. Through research and development, we select materials that combine technical performance and aesthetics. Even when products reach the end of their useful life, or if they have manufacturing defects, they are shredded and transformed back into polyethylene powder. The recovered material is reintroduced into the production process to create new products.
Production process
Our production processes are designed to continuously improve the efficiency of our industrial operations. The water used in our plants does not come into contact with substances that could alter its properties, while the rotomolding process does not involve direct combustion during the melting of the material. Furthermore, 100% of the electricity used in our plants comes from certified renewable sources.
